The goals of Christ Church/St. Barnabas Chapel in searching for a new Rector include finding a Rector who will:

• Attract and engage new members into the life of our church
• Increase participation of families and their children in all aspects of our church
• Enrich the relationships of the members of our parish through worship and play
• Develop and expand the Christian Education Programs for all ages
