The goals of Christ Church/St. Barnabas Chapel in searching for a new Rector include finding a Rector who will:
- Attract and engage new members into the life of our church
- Increase participation of families and their children in all aspects of our church
- Enrich the relationships of the members of our parish through worship and play
- Develop and expand the Christian Education Programs for all ages
It is our desire that the new Rector of Christ Church/St. Barnabas Chapel will meet our spiritual needs as well as help us to be good stewards of our properties. In so doing, our new Rector will:
- Help us develop and implement programs for children, youth, and families
- Nurture our spirituality through preaching, teaching, and worship
- Lead us in the discovery and use of our gifts
- Involve self and our church family in our community
We seek a Rector who will embrace the beauty and potential within our Parish and our community, a person who will challenge us and help us grow in service to the Lord.
